Restaurant Group Brand Refresh
One group, four venues, finally recognisable as a family
Four venues under one ownership looked like four unrelated businesses. A shared identity system and a governed content operation lifted cross-venue visits and made opening the fifth a matter of applying a template.

Each venue had been branded by whoever was available at the time. Menus, signage and social accounts shared no typography, tone or photographic direction, so a guest loyal to one venue had no idea they were welcome at the others. Every new opening meant designing from scratch.
- Defined a parent-brand architecture: shared spine, distinct venue personalities.
- Built one typographic and photographic system flexible enough for fine dining and casual.
- Produced menu, signage and social templates the in-house team could apply unaided.
- Established content pillars per venue inside a single group calendar.
- Wrote a short governance document covering what may and may not vary by venue.
Guests began moving between venues because the relationship was finally legible. The group's marketing coordinator now produces a month of content in the time a fortnight used to take, and the fifth opening reused the system rather than reinventing it.
- Parent-brand architecture and venue positioning
- Shared identity system with per-venue variants
- Menu, signage and social template library
- Group content calendar with per-venue pillars
- Brand governance document
